How To Create Google Form
Creating a Google form allows you to collect data, answers on certain topics, and research by just forwarding the form to multiple sources all at once. Why Google Forms? Well, it’s one of the most effective and efficient ways of conducting surveys, polls, or questionnaires.
Don’t have any idea how to create a Google form. Then read the steps that are listed below, through which you can easily create a Google form.
Step 1) Go to forms.google.com
Firstly you need to go to the Google form link directly through forms.google.com or you can open it through google drive by clicking ‘new’ on the top left side and selecting ‘Google forms’.
Step2) Choose a template
There are multiple options on what type of template you need. Each template is different and can be used for a different purpose if it relates to your topic. You can directly customize your template by selecting ‘Blank’ as well.
Step3) Title and Description
Give a title to your form and provide a short description that helps others to understand the purpose of your form. Make the description short yet clear to understand and also relatable with the topic so, that it would be easier for people to understand. So that they can give their best answer as well.
Step4) Adjust the type of questions and answers
Once you are done with your form title and description, you can choose what kind of question and answer format you want for the topic of your form. Google form provides you with a variety of different question types like short answers, multiple-choice, etc.
You can add more questions and options, you can also add videos, and images from the question toolbar.
Step5) Other Features
You can easily customize your Google form into different “Colors” as well as “Preview” the whole form as well to finalize everything. If you are satisfied then it’s time to “Send” the form.
Step6) Sending Google Form
You can send or forward your Google form once it is ready through the “Send” button on the top-right corner of the page.
There are multiple options for sending Google forms. You can send it through mail or you can also send it directly by forwarding the link by generating a link in your Google form.
